RETURN and refund POLICY
We hope you will love our products but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse
We ask that items are returned clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and have all their tags and original packaging on
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. If the customers denied paying the postage fee, we, NaTTA, reserve the right not to refund or redeliver the item(s) for that order.
Please note that customers must be responsible for their own return postage and all Custom charges; Customs Tariffs, Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Any PRODUCTS deported by The Customs and Excise or denied to receive by you in any cases are NOT REFUNDABLE
all pre-order items are not refundable or returnable.

How to return:
Fill in the return form and return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.
Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box and tape the parcel securely
Drop the parcel off at a parcel shop of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage
You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the parcel has reached our warehouse. We will send you an email to notify you that your parcel has arrived and checked. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email
No Refund for twenty percent or more discounted items
